How aware are you of the impact you create?

As leaders, we often measure our success by decisions made, targets reached, or teams grown. Yet every hour, every interaction sends ripples far beyond our immediate view.

Research shows that when a leader engages with positive emotion, empathy and presence, it directly lifts team performance. When employees feel seen and recognized, they become 36 % more likely to say they are productive and engaged. Now imagine the leader at the top: their tone, their question, their moment of listening — it flows to direct reports, then to their families, their communities, even the next generation.

If a leader shows impatience or disengagement, the ripple may land as stress in the team, frustration at home, a child unpacking it at school. The reverse is true too: intentional presence, authenticity, connection — these ripple outwards.

In my coaching, I support high-performers who aim toward ambitious goals and want to lead from what matters most. To show up not just as someone who ‘delivers’, but someone who influences consciously and compassionately.

If you’re ready to explore what ripple you’re creating — I’d love to talk.
