Synergy is a small, curated, in-person mastermind for women solopreneurs in Geneva who are building something meaningful — and no longer want to carry decisions alone.
This is not a program to push harder or perform better.
It’s a space to slow down, see more clearly, and lead with intention — alongside others who understand the complexity of building a business.

Synergy is intentionally small — just 4-6 women, meeting monthly from March to December.
This allows for:

How the Mastermind works
8 in-person sessions (approx. monthly)

The group is selected and curated to ensure maturity, trust, and constructive dynamics.

About the facilitator
Synergy is facilitated by Natalia — leadership coach and former senior business leader.
Natalia is known for:
seeing patterns and blind spots others miss
holding depth without pressure or judgment
creating calm, psychologically safe spaces
combining strategic clarity with human insight
Her role is not to lead from the front, but to hold the container — so real insight can emerge.
