Eugenia’s experience stands at the intersection of high-performance leadership and deep human transformation.
With a background as an international lawyer and diplomat, Eugénie brings a rare "global-soul" perspective to the Power Inside retreat.
Having served in leadership roles within the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Justice, she understands the complexities of power and the weight of responsibility.
Today, she uses that experience to help leaders navigate their own inner landscapes.
A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and DISC Practitioner, Eugénie works fluently across five languages, offering a multicultural space where clarity, well-being, and professional excellence converge.
Eugenie believes that while leadership can feel lonely, the retreat experience should not be. She views the group as a sacred space for collaborative growth, where the barriers of title and rank dissolve into authentic connection.

Natalia spent years in international commodity trading — fast decisions, high pressure, and very little room to ask how you actually feel about any of it. She was good at it. And for a long time, that felt like enough.
Then it didn't. After becoming a mother, and after the war in Ukraine began, she found herself thinking: I'm spending my life on something that no longer feels like mine. She didn't have a plan or a clear answer — just an honest feeling she couldn't keep ignoring.
What helped wasn't a framework. It was inner work — and real conversations with people willing to sit with her in the uncertainty.
From trading, she brings the ability to find the pattern inside the chaos — to hold a lot of complexity without panicking, and to move clearly even when the picture is overwhelming. As a coach trained in both individual and relationship systems work, she knows how to connect deeply with people, support them through real difficulty, and help them see not just what they're feeling, but the wider system they're living inside. Through Kundalini yoga, she creates space for awareness to surface through the body — not just the thinking mind.
She understands what it's like to hold everything together on the outside while something quietly unravels inside. And she knows that finding your way back to yourself rarely comes from having the right answers — it comes from finally asking the right questions, in the right company.

Never. You share what you want, when you want. The space is intentionally small and held carefully — not a performance, not a therapy circle. Some of the most meaningful moments happen in silence, or on a walk, or over dinner. You set your own pace.

Not a 10-step plan. What most women leave with is quieter than that — a clearer sense of what actually matters to them right now, and a feeling of being more grounded in themselves. The shift is often subtle in the moment, and then you notice it in the weeks that follow.

There's a clear shape to the weekend, but it's not a conference. Rest, time in nature, and unscheduled space are woven in — not as extras, but as part of how the process works. You won't feel managed.
