Power Inside Retreat
A 3-day pause for women — to slow down, zoom out, and reconnect with what actually matters.
25-27 September, 2026
Spots available: 6 out of 10
If you can't remember the last time you stopped long enough to ask: is this actually the life I want? — it’s time to reconnect with yourself.
A 3-day retreat in the Black Forest
to slow down, reset, and find clarity for what comes next.
Does it sound familiar:
From the outside, everything may look fine. Career, stability, maybe even a family - all the things you worked for.
But inside something feels off.
So you keep going. You plan the next holiday. You wait for the next milestone. And then it arrives — and the feeling is still there.
You wonder if this is just what life is now.
It isn't.
And you're not alone in this.
You might recognize yourself here:
You move through your days — work, family, responsibilities — and you're good at it. But somewhere in the middle of all of it, you've lost the thread back to yourself. Not dramatically, quietly. The way it happens when you haven't really stopped in a long time.
Maybe you're thinking about changing jobs — or you just did.
Maybe you have small kids and the mental load never actually switches off.
Maybe life looks fine from the outside, but in the quiet moments — late at night, in the car, in the shower — a question keeps coming back: is this it?
You don't need to be in crisis to come here.
You just need to feel ready for a real pause.
What to expect
Nestled in the Black Forest, Bruderhof is a place of calm simplicity, where forest, light, and open space create a natural sense of ease.
Here, the pace softens — making room to reflect, reconnect, and gently return to yourself.
This retreat is designed as a pause from the noise of everyday life.
Imagine leaving Sunday afternoon with a quiet certainty you haven't felt in a long time — because you remember who you are beneath all layers of pressure. That's what three days here can give you.
Through a combination of:
- reflection and creative exercises
- meaningful group conversations
- nature immersion
- yoga, breathwork and body-based practices
You’ll create the conditions to reconnect with yourself —
and begin to see your path more clearly.

Grow your inner garden
Why NOW?
The cost of waiting is usually invisible until it isn't?
Women who say "maybe in a few months" tend to find themselves in the same place a few months later — same feeling, slightly harder to name.
The drift doesn't resolve on its own. It gets quieter, more buried, more familiar.
September isn't a perfect time.
There is no perfect time.
But if something in you has been asking a quiet question long enough that you're reading a retreat page at all — that's already an answer worth following.
Your hosts
Dr. Eugénie Dantung
MCC, PhD | Leadership Coach & Former Diplomat
Eugénie’s passion is guiding women leaders through deep personal and professional transformation. As a former international lawyer and diplomat with the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Justice, she intimately understands the unique pressures, complexities, and responsibilities that women face in high-stakes positions.
Today, she helps women navigate their inner landscapes and step fully into their power.
Eugénie believes that while the path of leadership can feel isolating for women, growth shouldn't be. She designs the Power Inside retreat as a welcoming, authentic sanctuary where titles dissolve, allowing women to lift each other up, connect deeply, and thrive together.
Natalia Getta
Leadership coach ACC, Yoga Instructor, Former Trader
Natalia spent years in international commodity trading — fast decisions, high pressure, and very little room to ask how you actually feel.
After becoming a mother, and after the war in Ukraine began, she found herself thinking: I'm spending my life on something that no longer feels like mine. What helped wasn't a framework — it was inner work, and honest conversations with people willing to sit with her in the uncertainty.
From trading, she brings the ability to find the pattern inside the chaos. As a coach trained in individual and relationship systems work, she helps people see not just what they're feeling, but the wider system they're living inside. Through yoga, she creates space for awareness to surface through the body, not just the thinking mind.
She knows what it's like to hold everything together on the outside while something quietly unravels inside.

That's exactly why this retreat exists.

Yes — and honestly, that's the most common starting point. Most women arrive without a clear question. They just know something needs to shift. This retreat is designed exactly for that in-between place, where you can't yet articulate what you need, but you feel it.
-
Never. You share what you want, when you want. The space is intentionally small and held carefully — not a performance, not a therapy circle. Some of the most meaningful moments happen in silence, or on a walk, or over dinner. You set your own pace.
-
Not a 10-step plan. What most women leave with is quieter than that — a clearer sense of what actually matters to them right now, and a feeling of being more grounded in themselves. The shift is often subtle in the moment, and then you notice it in the weeks that follow.
-
There's a clear shape to the weekend, but it's not a conference. Rest, time in nature, and unscheduled space are woven in — not as extras, but as part of how the process works. You won't feel managed.
-
No. The morning movement sessions are gentle and accessible — think slow, grounding, not a workout. If you'd rather sit and breathe than stretch, that's completely fine.
-
You're welcome as you are. That said, this retreat is not therapy, and it isn't designed to support acute crisis. If you're unsure whether now is the right time, reach out before booking — we're happy to have that conversation honestly.
-
The retreat will be held in English.
-
If you've read this far and something in you is still here — that's probably your answer. If you have doubts or questions, just write to us. No sales pitch, just a real conversation.
