Synergy is a small, curated, in-person community for women solopreneurs who are building something meaningful — and no longer want to carry decisions alone.
It’s a space to see more clearly, and lead with intention — alongside others who understand the complexity of building a business.

  • You hold many decisions alone

  • You think deeply — but mostly in isolation

  • You feel there’s little space to be in process, without having it all figured out

What this space offers

Synergy is intentionally small — just 4-8 women, meeting regularly.

This allows for:

  • trust that deepens over time

  • honest conversations without performance

  • continuity — no need to re-explain yourself each session

  • perspectives that reveal blind spots you can’t see alone

This is not about quick answers.
It’s about better questions, clearer thinking, and grounded leadership.

How the Mastermind works

  • 8 in-person sessions per year

  • 2.5–3.5 hours per session

  • Online or in person in Geneva

  • 4–8 participants maximum

  • Investment:
    Online for members in Switzerland 300 CHF
    In-person Geneva 700 CHF

Each session blends:

  • reflective dialogue

  • peer perspective

  • facilitated depth

  • space to think, not fix

The group is selected and curated to ensure maturity, trust, and constructive dynamics.

  • You prefer large programs where you can stay mostly invisible

  • You’re in constant crisis mode and need rescuing rather than reflection

Synergy is not a place to be “fixed” or impressed.

About the facilitator

Synergy is facilitated by Natalia — leadership and executive coach, former business leader.

Natalia is known for:

Her role is not to lead from the front, but to hold the container — so real insight can emerge.
