You feel that something needs to change. But it’s not clear what — or how to move forward.
This session gives you space to 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and work through your situation in a structured, grounded way.
𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹:
- clarify what you’re currently navigating
- look at what’s no longer working (even if it “looks fine”)
- create space to step away from what you’re holding onto
- explore how to move towards
- define concrete next steps
The session includes guided reflection, and simple exercises in nature to help you think more clearly and move forward.
